Hopbot
The Hopbot is designed to leap forward. This robot demonstrates another form of travel that robots may be able to use for further research, exploration, and innovation. Hopbot is programmed to sense its surroundings based on the distance sensors provided in the LEGO Mindstorms kit. The Hopbot does not simpply roll towards an object, but instead it leaps forward and introduces an innovative form of movement.
