The following assignment is to be turned in over the web at the class turn-in space, https://catalyst.washington.edu/webtools/secure/esubmit/turnin.cgi?owner=bmck&id=106 Taking into account all our discussion in class and any comments on your HW, make any necessary modifications in your analysis approach and perform a complete analysis of the corrected crypt data set given in the file realcrypt.txt. To turn in: Please write a complete report of your analysis in a format suitable for the clinical scientist who gave you the data. Your report should contain an abstract, and the body of the report should contain introduction, statistical methods, results and Discussion/Conclusions sections. Your conclusions and abstract should explain in words what question(s) were asked of the data, and it should give your answers to these questions, or your reasons that they cannot be answered. Please turn in your report as a single, double-spaced file of ten pages or less, with at least 1 inch margins and using at least 11pt font. You may use either text, html, microsoft word or Adobe Acrobat .pdf format. Be sure your report has your name on it, and be sure it clearly labels each of the sections of the report.
