Image analysis
	The fluorescent image (Affymetrix) or images (two- color systems) must now be converted into numbers for each spot.  We would like to have estimates of background fluorescence, mean/median of intensities, localization/shape of the spot. Spots aren't necessarily circular. Background is hard to estimate.
