Sept. 28:

We chose as 3 general topics/themes: (1) Human population genetics esp. with reference to use of haplotype data; (2) Linkage analysis from 1934-1999, including modelling, heterogeneity, choice of prior distributions, and possibly motivating with a case-study (that worked); (3) recent literature (the past 2 years) including gene expression chips, gene-environment interactions, etc.

Oct. 5:

ASHG draft poster display - all poster presenters are invited to share their draft posters and solicit comments for improvements.

Oct. 12:

NOTE UNUSUAL LOCATION: We will meet in HSB J112. Elizabeth Thompson will give her ISPG talk.

Oct. 19:
