This is a temporary site that I am using to develop an Electronic Book to accompany the 2nd Edition of my textbook. In order to use the Electronic Book, you
must have the Mathcad software installed on your machine. If you have Mathcad installed, click here
to open a prospectus for the Electronic
Book. This prospectus describes the
purpose of the book and how to use it.
It also contains a portion of the Table of Contents and samples of
each kind of file that will make up the Electronic Book.
