The  PET  Whole Body Atlas and the PET Brain Atlas are designed to be a resource and educational tool to teach users how to read and interpret various types of whole body and brain PET studies. In order to do this over 100 actual patient cases have been collected and the user is able to view the PET scans along with the scan report, the admissions reports (when available), and any supporting MRI or CT images.

The Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI) Resource is focused on the development and application of multidimensional modeling. The research projects form an integrated program to characterize, measure and model both static and dynamic patters of structural and functional changes in brain. Collaborators often need to examine developmental, neurodegenerative or other processes, providing us with a more comprehensive understanding of the nature and extent of these dynamic events.
