Required textbook:  John Semmlow, Circuits, Signals and Systems for Bioengineers, 2005.

Recommended textbook: Nilsson & Riedel, Electric Circuits, 8th Edition. (This is the current EE 215 book). Some practice quiz questions will be drawn from this book, and some lecture topics are covered in more detail in Electric Circuits than in Signals and Systems.
