Section 1. Any applicant for work shall be placed on either the A, B, C, D, or E work list for the appropriate crafts.

1. The A List applicants shall be all those registered as available for work who are journeymen who have had four or more years’ experience at the trade within the territorial jurisdiction of Local 32.
   
   
2. The B List applicants shall be all those registered as available for work who are journeymen who have had four or more years’ experience at the trade within the territorial jurisdiction of the Washington State Association and Local 290, providing their home local reciprocates B List status to Local 32 members.
   
   
3. The C List applicants shall be all those registered as available for work who are journeymen who have had four or more years’ experience at the trade within the territorial jurisdiction of the Northwest States Pipe Trades Association.
   
   
4. The D List applicants shall be all those registered as available for work who are journeymen who have had four or more years’ experience at the trade outside the Northwest States Pipe Trades Association.
   
   
5. The E List applicants shall have had two years’ construction experience as steamfitters, plumbers, or welders.
