Learning how to write Chinese characters is one of the keys to communicating in Chinese.  The East Asian Languages Department at USC has put together an excellent group of animated Chinese characters that show you both the stroke order and the radicals of each character (in red).   Go to the website by either clicking the book to the left or the URL above.
