CM560 - CONSTRUCTION FIRM MANAGEMENT II

Examination of the business practices related to use of Management Information Systems (MIS) in a construction company. Emphasis is placed upon the use of business productivity software in the application of business case studies and in financial problem solving. Topics include a survey of MIS, the use of the Internet for marketing and management, operations management within the construction industry, financial analysis and reporting, and enterprise computing.
