"Your task is to create a business development plan for a construction company that focuses on using Internet technology. "

1. Create a 3-5 page business development plan that incorporates the subjects lectured on in class this last session.

2. At a minimum your plan should address:
   • Marketing your firm to your customers using the Internet. (there are different channels available to a company beyond a "website". Can you think of some?
   • Using services to make your project acquisition process more efficient.
   • Internal business development (employees, productivity).
   • Customer service.

3. Email a copy of the completed Word document to mhuppert@u.washington.edu by 6pm May 7th.

EXTRA CREDIT

1. Publish the results of your plan to your Webpage using "Save as HTML" from Word. Upload to your website.
