Curriculum

The college faculty play a variety of roles in the overall medical school curriculum.

One of the primary roles of the college faculty is to teach the Introduction to Clinical Medicine II (ICM II) course during the second year. ICM II is largely taught at the patient's bedside in a small group bedside format, with on average 6 students to 1 faculty member.

The college faculty help to monitor progress in the Introduction to Clinical Medicine I (ICM I) course, Continuity Curriculum, and Independent Investigative Inquiry (III).

Many of the college faculty play a significant role in the Observed Structured Clinical Exams (OSCEs) administered at the end of second year, and the Capstone Course administered at the end of fourth year.
