week 8 : 16 may
hypertext theory

agenda

  • Speaker: Ashley Wells, MSNBC (evaluation)

  • Analyze these stories. How have they used hypertext? How well does the navigation work? The design? What do you like, dislike and why? How do these stories reinforce or counter your best practices/learnings from this week's reading?

  • Lab: Peer Review and Flash Part 2
    • Discuss design ideas -
      mockup, web page
      Interior - Drew, Camille

    • First Story: All are Coffee Shop Reviews - some are missing basic bullet point info - some need to have photos reshot - most need more work.

Review the submittal details which were linked from the assignment page:
Review information to include narrative (subjective review) as well as:
      • Address, Hours, Multiple Locations
      • Menu (other than coffee)
      • Link to Google Maps and crop of screenshot
      • Appropriate photos
      • Sound if appropriate
      • What makes this place special? Music, books, events?
      • Coffee Shop Web Site Link

      Some aren't there. :-/
Please pair up - read/critique one another's work. Do not delete original work. Append revised version below the original work or create a new page.
      Submittal Page
