Chronic Care Clerkship - Conjoint 690

Evaluations

The University of Washington School of Medicine has implemented a new online curriculum system, E*Value.  If you have not yet received your login information via email, contact the clerkship coordinator at 206-616-6345.

The E*Value system is currently required by UW School of Medicine for:

  • Students' Clinical Evaluations by residents, fellows, and faculty.
  • Faculty/Resident/Clerkship Evaluations by students.  If you did not spend sufficient time with the individual that you are asked to evaluate, the E*Value system gives you the option to "Suspend" the evaluation for that individual.

You will soon begin to see system-generated email notifications with direct links to evaluation forms or other information intended specifically for you.  It is extremely important not to forward these emails to anyone else.

To log in to E*Value when you do not have an evaluation pending, please click here.  You will find two links: one to log in to E*Value using your UW NetID and another allowing those without a NetID to log into the system with an E*Value username and password.  Note that loggin in with your NetID must happen through the link above.  Using yoru UW NetID and password at the login screen at https://www.e-value.net/ will not be successful.

Mid-Rotation Feedback

Students must have the mid-evaluation form completed by an intern/resident/faculty member who has had adequate contact with the student during the 1st two weeks of the rotation.

Students should solicit honest feedback and specifically ask about areas that they might work on.  The mid-clerkship evaluation will not be a part of the student's grade but aims to identify areas where they could improve during the 2nd half of the clerkship.

Overall Clerkship Evaluations and
Clerkship Individual Faculty, Resident, and Intern Evaluations

We earnestly solicit honest feedback from the medical students and use this feedback to improve students' educational and clinical experiences.  Therefore, completion of these evaluations on the E*Value System are required prior to receiving a grade for the clerkship.

Evaluations of residents, fellows, faculty, clinical rotations, and the clerkship are pre-programmed into the E*Value system based on the student's individual rotations.  If you did not spend sufficient time with the individual that you are asked to evaluate, the E*Value system gives you the option to "suspend" the evaluation for that individual.
