To obtain a membership, complete the following:
First, you will need your Windows Live email address. This is the same email address you used if you set up an Xbox Live account. If you do not have one, go (here). Once complete you can use this email address for activating both your DreamSpark and your Creator's Club accounts.Activate your DreamSpark account:
1) Go to (App Hub) and click the Microsoft DreamSpark graphic just below Join now, on the right.2) Click the Sign In link on the left side of the page.
3) Sign in with your windows live account then click “get verified”, verify as student, get verified through 'my school' then click continue. Filter by United States, then Washington. Select University Of Washington Bothell and click continue. Enter in your personal information and your school email address (i.e. username@u.washington.edu) then click verify. You will receive an email with an activation key4) Browse to here and enter the activation code you were just emailed and click verify.
Activate your Creator's Club account:
1) Go to (App Hub) and click the join now button on the right.2) Sign in with your Windows Live account.
3) Follow the prompts to enter in your country of origin and choose "student" for account type. Then read and agree to the terms of service. 4) continue to fill out requested personal information, if applicable, until you are informed your account has been set up. You should now see your account name and the icon you chose in the upper right of the browser, indicating you are signed in.
Congratulations, you now have your Creator's Club account activated.
