4.2 Add Title

Create page titles in the Document Toolbar Title text field. The page title appears at the top of the browser when the page is being viewed; it is also the name given to a page bookmark.

Page titles should be as descriptive as possible.

  1. Open index.html.
  2. Give it a name in the title text field.
  3. Switch to Code view to see where the title appears in the HTML.
