This is a survey course examining how environmental factors and conditions affect human health and well-being. Meeting Times and Locations:8:30 - 9:20 a.m. Instructors / Office Hours: Charles D. (Chuck) Treser, Senior Lecturer Jesse Billingham, Graduate Teaching Assistant Vanessa Galaviz, Graduate Teaching Assistant Announcements: 05/02/12 :: Extra Credit Papers: The drop box for the extra credit papers opened on 1 May. Students can earn extra credit points by writing a one page description of a relevant article, seminar or town meeting that they have read or attended, and turning it into to the course drop box. The paper should describe the article or event and show its relevance to the course. The drop box is found in your Catalyst Tools. Look for "EH 311 Drop Box 2012-2". As a reminder, only one paper should be deposited in any one of the ten available "Paper" boxes. Students may turn in up to 10 papers over the course of the remaining weeks of the quarter. 04/17/12 :: Midterm Examination: A study guide to help you prepare for the midterm examination has been posted to the course website. The link can be found on the left hand frame or you can click here. 03/14/12 :: Class Listserv: A course listserv is available to send messages to all students enrolled in the course. This list is maintained by the Registrar's Office and is updated every night. This list is used to send announcements to all of the students in the class, and is available to students who would like to send a message to all the rest of the class.
