Designing Restoration Projects

IMPORTANT!

The reading that is necessary for this week's design project can be found in it's usual location (below). Note that the reading reports are not due until Thursday this week. Even so, we recommend that you read the papers before Wednesday's class session.

IMPORTANT: Your Final Project may be turned in any time before 5:00 PM on Tuesday June 10.

As we near the end of the quarter consider asking Jim and/or Kern

to review a near-final draft copy of your final design report.

Just don't wait until the eleventh hour to do so!

Reading Report #Last: Read the two papers below and write a short (approx 400 word) report that could be pasted into the "discussion of relevant literature" section of a design proposal for the restoration of a stream that flows into Lake Washington. The reading report is due Thursday June 5 at the beginning of the class session.
