In general these assignments will  be short (typically 1 paragraph), and they will be due at the following class.

I will not assign a numerical grade to these assignments; however, turning in these assignments counts significantly toward class participation. 

(If I think that you have missed the primary points, I may ask you to discuss the question with me, and then turn in a revised report in order to get the credit.)
