Exams
There will be
final exams for the lectures and for the labs. No mid-term exams.
Final
Lab Exam: Thursday, December 4, 2008. The exam will be two
hours long and given
during lab period. The exam is open book and will test
student's knowledge of thin/polished section petrography.
Final
Lecture Exam: Thursday December 11, 2008 from 8:30 to 10:20
am. The exam will be closed
book and will consist of four questions selected from a list of
8-10 questions that will be provided to the students 2-3 weeks before
the end of the quarter. The questions will be posted on the class
website.
