These factor of safety grids were created using the minimum values for saturated unit weight, internal angle of friction and soil depth. Saturated soil depth, root cohesion and soil cohesion were systematically altered within these grids while keeping the surcharging weight of vegetation (based on the riu coverage and the size of the tree present) and slope constant.
