Here is the powerpoint that Dr Hilborn showed to explain the evaluations, together with the evaluation sheets. There is also a file showing your assignments - 2 lectures each, 1 lab each, and 1 each of exam, paper, or Hilborn chapter.

For lectures, please complete the forms electronically and send them to me by e-mail. I will remove the names and forward them to Dr Hilborn. Please include any comments on specific slides at the end of the form. The deadline for lecture evaluations is the week following the lecture.

For labs, please complete the forms electronically and send them to me by e-mail. (For my lab, please could one person on the list collect all the evaluations, remove the names, and then send them all to me.) While the deadline for lab evaluations is also 1 week after the lab, it is really useful to receive evaluations of the Monday lab before Tuesday so I can adjust the Tuesday lab. Also, it would be really useful to have evaluations of the Tuesday lab well before the next lab so that I can take your feedback into account.
