Tim Beechie: biographical notes.

B.S. in geology at UW, 1983.
M.S. in fisheries at UW, 1990
Ph.D. in forest hydrology at UW, 1998

Started working with geomorphology and fish habitat in the Peace Corps, Niger, west Africa, 1983-1985. Field studies on catfish-lungfish-Tilapia assemblages in arid-lands lakes, and on landscape classification system in the "W" National Park, Niger.

Have worked for Skagit System Cooperative since 1990, first as geomorphologist in the Timber-Fish-Wildlife program now as head of the Restoration/Research program.
