What Can Be Done? The
study of environmental justice draws upon the relationships between property
values, settlement patterns, class, income, race, facility citing and
political power etc. Environmental Justice is a subset of social equity risk
versus benefits of environment. The
city has the ability to respond to environmental justice concerns through
decisions regarding city policies, programs, and services and can encourage
other governmental agencies to do the same. The city can facilitate action by
