Gender Difference vs. Gender Exclusivity
When you hear that a gender difference in a given behavior exists, it does not mean that all women act one way and all men act another way.
Rather it means that men are more likely to act one way and women are more likely to act another. BUT some men will act just like women and some women will act just like men.
