Course Overview: This component of the GIS Certificate Program focuses on GIS Project Planning, Design and Implementation.  GEOG CP 300  will concentrate on the professional methods and principles used in planning, funding, implementing and maintaining GIS analysis tools, applications, databases, and entire GIS systems.   Examples of GIS projects, large and small, will be introduced to illustrate structured approaches to both database and software development projects. This course is to be taken concurrently with GIS Modeling and Analysis
