Witten, a recent graduate of the Master's of Urban Planning Program at the University of Washington recently presented his thesis, entitled: An Investigation of the Field of Bicycle Planning in the United States: Current Status, Challenges, and a Proposal for New Legislation – The American Bicyclists’ Act (ABA).
