(All references are to the Teach Yourself Hindi textbook)

Assignments marked with the symbol ! are to be done in writing and turned in to be corrected and graded. The symbol — marks assignments to be prepared for conversations.

For Monday, March 3.  Prepare for test on Chapter 11.

For Tuesday, March 4.  Read carefully 12.1 (on कर construction).

For Wednesday, March 5.  — Read carefully and memorize Conversation 12a (Khanna phones Prakash).

For Thursday, March 6.  Read 12.2 (time expressions).

For Friday, March 7.  ! [HW9a] Do exercise 11c.3, which involves the writing of a diary entry.  Use कर construction in preparing your entry. ! Final project submissions.  In class: Project Presentations.

For Monday, March 10.  ! [HW10a] Do exercises 12a.1, 12a.2, and 12b.1. Prepare to present your Project (highlights) in class.

For Tuesday, March 11.  Read carefully 12.2 सकना, पाना & चुकना (12.3),  12.4 and 12.5 (compound verbs).

For Wednesday, March 12.  Prepare for vocabulary quiz on Chapter 12 (plus numbers 1-100 and higher numbers). — Review conversation 12b (Dinner preparations). 

For Thursday, March 13.  ! [HW10b] Do exercise 12b.2. Grammar Drills and Review

For Friday, March 14.  No new assignment.  Review session.
