Goals:
- practice clinical skills including medical interviewing, physical examination, clinical reasoning, data organization and recording, oral case presentations by
- performing a complete history and physical exam
- applying clinical reasoning skills to a specific case
- writing up the complete history and physical including a brief branching diagram and case discussion
- practice professional behavior in working with both your patient, your College mentor, fellow students, and other staff

For your tutorials, you will again meet in groups of one faculty and 6 students at your assigned hospital. Two (or in some cases, three) students will be assigned to do their tutorials. They will arrive at their assigned hospital and will each be assigned a patient by the patient coordinator at the site. Each student will do a complete history and physical exam of their patient with the College faculty moving between the two rooms and observing portions of the interview and exam. At about 10:00 a.m., the other 4 students will arrive and each of the two patients will be presented, seen at the bedside and their cases discussed. The complete write-ups are due one week after the tutorial.
