Last quarter ended with a series seminars/workshops on Life Threatening and Terminal Illness.

The final component of that class is a required reflections, due by midnight Friday, April 3.

To help you get started with this reflection, attached is a guide that talks about incorporating clinical skills into cliincal practice and the reflection form itself.  The reflection form has some starter questions to help finish your reflection.
