+ salvaged boat :

+concept : The concept for this example is to refurbish a fishing boat and leave it in its current location. Potential uses for the structure can be a seafood market, a children play structure, or a restaurant. What and how the structure is used depends on the needs of the community. The initial step is to use as much salvaged material with in a close proximity to the site. The concept of everyday memorials is to create a series of networks between other refurbished sites through out the area. By developing a network the community could further develop the concept into creating a connective path way from one refurbished site to another. With the final concept being a series of everyday memorials as the foundation to the new urban fabric.
