Web Design Concepts
Upon successful completion of this unit, you will be able to:
- Explain the idea of markup in general and HTML in particular
- Produce a basic Web page using a text editor and HTML
- Produce a basic site with intermediate tagging using a Web integrated development environment
- Apply the concepts of information representation and organization to Web page navigation
- Plan for the creation of a large scale web site

Web Project Part 1 due by 11:45 PM on May 16.
Please zip together and submit the following files:
1- Your analysis
- User analysis
- Info Analysis
Your Web site so far. It should have:
2- One completed page
- The page layout you want
- A global nav area with links in it (if that is part of your design)
- One content area that shows one completely laid out and styled item.
- A customized style sheet attached that applies to the content and navigation areas
- One local navigation area showing one way the user can navigate to various items
3- One CSS file with your customized styles
That's a total of 4 files. PLEASE DO NOT HAND IN MORE THAN THESE 4 FILES.
