The class was struck by how many more critters they found on this trip than earlier in the quarter. Empty tube. Cool coloration! Urticina anemones. The abundance of anemones and cucumbers was striking. Rounding the corner, surprising algal diversity.

The tide was lower and we could make it to some of the really huge barnacles... Our digging was much better by then too! A geoduck! We didn't get bitten by crabs this time either! More cool fish. Finally found some moon snail egg cases. And finally some moon snails to go with the cases!

Moon snails. Moon snails. Moon snails. Moon snails. We discovered that Domino's delivers to Fox Island. To mark the completion of our last day in the field, we had pizzas delivered!
