On the last day of class we returned to Fox Island. A little pizza delivery to celebrate! This was the worst day for weather of the whole quarter, but we didn't mind. The three monitoring groups got to work trying out their pilot protocols. The seagrass group hunting for habitat. Happy seagrass group! (Photo by Holly) Seagrass group at work. (Photo by Holly) The Pisaster group at work. (You WILL get wet!)

Sarah, where she's happiest. Groups working on monitoring. The key species group hard at work. Once the groups were done there was some time to look around. Finally, our moon snail! Moon snail.

This tide series was the lowest of the year! Lots of critters were left high and dry. The fearsome Pugettia. Last day of class.
