Introduction
Welcome new and returning iSchool students!
This website of various virtual workshops, or help tools, has been
designed to assist any student in the Information School who will work with
the general Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) related to our online
courses and, in many cases, to the face-to-face (f2f) classes as well.
If you are a first-time participant in an online course at the iSchool as a residential
or online student, a
returning student who needs a reminder on how to use certain tools, or just
an iSchool student using networked resources to complete work from an
off-site location, this resource is for you.
There is a logical order for these workshops if you have not used or
heard of any of the technologies presented here. The sections have
been created so that you can browse them in any order, but we would like new
students, especially new online students, to progress through each workshop module following the sequence
presented just below this paragraph.
