Driving Vacations Through the
Ages ... I produced this at
MSNBC in 2000 or so, and it was a big award winner,
though lack of broadband at the time limited the
audience. This is a good example of how to pack an
enormous amount of information into a multimedia
presentation and still make it fun.
(((WARNING: it starts with volume)))
The Contenders ... I
produced this with the MSNBC politics team in March 2006
with the idea of continuously updating it through the
2008 presidential election. The beauty of it was that we
used a template that had already been created for an
Oscars project and just changed the art and the
editorial. it was a very quick turnaround and had a
2-plus year lifespan.
Diary of a Young
Girl ... This is a wonderful audio
slideshow by Lily Koppel of the New York Times. It's
unusual because it is a narrative story that could have
easily been an article for the paper, but is much richer
with voice and photos. Koppel later turned this piece
into a book.
SwitchYard Media
Slideshows ... Some examples of our
slideshows and clients.
