Evoked potentials

Tibial somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEPs)

Impression: Abnormal posterior tibial nerve SSEPs. Cortical responses are moderately delayed on both sides providing evidence for conduction delay in the central nervous system that localizes to the spinal cord given the normal median SSEPs.

Median somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEPs)

Impression: Normal median nerve SSEPs. This test provides no evidence for conduction delay from the upper extremities to the cortex.
