Electrodiagnostic studies (NCS/EMG)

Findings: The results of the nerve conduction studies are: 1) normal right median motor and sensory nerve conduction studies, and 2) a 15% decrement in the right median compound muscle action potential amplitude with repetitive nerve stimulation at 2 Hz.
EMG of several muscles in the right arm showed mild decreased recruitment, but no acute denervation.

The repetitive stimulation waveforms on the right are from the patient. The waveforms on the left are a normal comparison.
