TRAVEL & HOUSING

Travel: Contact the clinic the week before you arrive to coordinate your arrival and any other details. You will receive mileage reimbursement for one roundtrip to and from the site, and for weekly travel for didactics sessions in Seattle. Contact GOWWAMI@dommail.dom.washington.edu to arrange for travel reimbursement.

Housing: Housing is in a nearby hotel with kitchenette. Information will be emailed to you.


WHAT TO BRING & ORIENTATION

Equipment to bring: White coat and name tag, reflex hammer, tuning fork (128Hz), stethoscope,
(ophthalmoscope recommended).

Clerkship orientation: Orientation is at the UW at 8:00AM on the first day of your clerkship. The room number is on the Didactics page. Room information may change at the end of each rotation, so be sure to check the table the weekend before you begin.

After orientation: Report to NW Neurology.
