STUDENT INFORMATION

Clerkship orientation: Orientation is at the UW at 8:00AM on the first day of your clerkship. The room number is on the Didactics page. Room information may change at the end of each rotation, so be sure to check the table the weekend before you begin.

After orientation: Report to: Victor Erlich, MD or Debbie at NW Hospital. You will need to complete some paperwork at the Medical Staff Office. Please be sure to check in with them sometime during your first day.

Equipment to bring: White coat and name tag, reflex hammer, tuning fork (128Hz), stethoscope, (Ophthalmoscope recommended).

Driving & parking: Minimal street parking is available. Hospital parking is $5/day or $30/month. For directions and a map, go to www.nwhospital.org/aboutus/mapsanddirections.asp. The neurology clinic is the first building on the left (in a 1-story bldg), Suite 14.
