Welcome to the web site for the University of Washington Oceanography Senior's Research Project. During a two quarter course, students design research projects covering biology, chemistry, physical processes and margine geology and geophysics. This year students are conducting research in and around Glacier Bay National Park, Alaska, aboard the R/V Thomas G. Thompson. In addition to planning their own research, the students are responsible for much of the cruise planning.
