Register your clicker for PHYS 114B

Fill out the following form and press "Submit".

Name  (Last<space>First):
UNetID (UW E-mail name):   NOTEDo NOT enter your UW Student ID Number here.  (See below).
Clicker ID (6 digits):
Screen Name (3 letters):

Name Your LAST name first. You can follow that with your first name if you wish, but separate with a space NOT a comma.
Example: Smith John
UWNet ID Your complete UW Net ID.  This is the part of your UW E-mail address that comes before  "@u.washington.edu".  Do NOT include the "@u.washington.edu" part.  It is very important to get this right because this is how I'll match your transmitter number with your other scores so I can be sure to give you credit.
Clicker ID This is the ID for your clicker (transmitter). You can find this by opening the battery compartment and looking at the sticker inside. There should be some letters followed by a 5, 6 or 7 digit number. Leading zeroes don't count, but trailing ones do. For example, suppose you have TXE-0654320. So enter 654320 in the box above.
Screen Name The 3 letters you enter here will appear in the box on the screen in the classroom when you answer a question. The default is the last three digits of your Clicker ID.  Use capital letters or numbers only (no symbols).

It is not critical that you register your clicker before you use it.  However, you should register it as soon as possible, so that credit can be properly recorded.
