As students enrolled at the UW, you should have access to all online resource material available via UW Libraries. On the course website and canvas page, the links should be set up to automatically route through the UW Libraries Off-Campus Proxy Service. If you have problems with a link, please email Dr. Melby.
This link provides information about off-campus access to the library.
You might want to install the the UW Library Proxy Bookmarklet on your browser's bookmarks toolbar. This lets you log into the off-campus proxy service without having to start from the UW Libraries website.
We will be using videos from Acland's Video Anatomy Atlas. This link takes you to the Acland's atlas via the off-campus link through the Health Sciences Library.
Certain figures I am using in the course are from textbooks that
are available via Clinical Key. In all cases, the relevant
figures are available via course videos and slide
presentations. However, if you are interested in looking at
this material at the original source, you can access textbooks at
Clinical Key through the Health Sciences Library.
One textbook whose figures I use frequently is Wheater's Functional Histology. Here are step-by-step instructions for how to access this textbook via the Health Sciences Library.
