Course Options and Grading Policy:

Credit Options:

Students have the option to enroll in Pharmacology 401 for 3 or 4 credtis. Students enrolled in Pharmacology 401 for 4 hours of credit are required to to attend the Mon, Wed, Fri lectures and Thursday conference sections, take all exams, and quizzes listed in the course schedule (lowest 2 quizzes will be dropped). Those enrolled for 3 credits only attend the Mon, Wed, Fri lectures.

Grading:

Students enrolled for 4 credits are required to take 2 one-hour exams (100 points each), final exam (200 points) and at least 5 quizzes. Those enrolled for 3 credits only are required to take the exams. A grade of 2.5 will be set at the mean unless the class average is over 75%, in which case a grade of 2.5 will be set at 75%.
