To Access Archived Postings:
Archives of the messages posted to the list are kept monthly and can be accessed by any list subscriber.
To get an index of the archived files (we recommend this), send an email to listproc@u.washington.edu with the following in the text of the message:
index biocareers
By return email you'll get a list of the file names (you'll need exact filenames to access the archives) and brief descriptions of the files.
Pick which of the files you'd like to get and send another email to listproc@u.washington.edu with the following in the text of the message:
get biocareers FILENAME
where you replace the FILENAME with the actual name of the file. A good way to do this is to forward the index of the message back to the listproc, cut out the parts that don't apply, and add the "get" command. This way, you don't have to worry about typing the filename exactly right.
