Feeling overwhelmed? Anxious, depressed? Scared by the behavior of a fellow student or other person? The following websites give information on UW services that can help. Don't be shy - seek help before your concern turns into a crisis. Counseling and advice:The following links (thanks to the UW Center for Instructional Development) let you find the help you may need. Occasional feelings of anxiety and depression are quite common among college students, and folks at the counseling centers listed below are there full-time to help you.
