TAO Tao, Lecturer
Graduated with a bachelor-level degree in urban planning from Chongqing School of Architecture and Engineering in 1983; worked in the Tianjin City Planning Bureau from 1983 to 1988; received a master degree in urban planning from Tsinghua in 1991; led the Detailed Control Planning for Beijing's West City District of 31 sq. km; won first place honors for the West City project presented at the Beijing Center-City District Detailed Control Plan Exhibition in 1997; won an award for "individuals who make best use of new techniques in urban planning" by the Ministry of Construction's Department of Urban Planning and Department of Science and Technology.
