Cross-tabulation Table Example:

In this example, the researcher made a table that cross-tabulated two variables: participant gender and the neighborhood in which the participant lives. 

Notice that this table accounts for all 164 participants in the study and allows you to view the neighborhood distribution for males and females separately.
