TROUBLE DOWNLOADING?

None of the suggestions below will help if your registration at the Registrar's Office isn't current or you have unpaid fines (parking, library, etc.). The Registrar's Office blocks your access to course websites, and we can't override it.

Update your computer's Adobe software to the latest version. This alone will eliminate most problems encountered when downloading Adobe reading files.

Patience might be the answer. If a file is large and/or your software or computer is older, it may take longer than you expect for a file to download and open.

If problems still persist, then the issue is your particular computer so contact the UW Catalyst Group (tech personnel who oversee UW course websites) at catalysthelp@u.washington.edu.
