This CD contains coursework and research results developed
by the 1998 Winter Quarter course, "Applications of Remote Sensing"
(URBDP467, ESC590b and OCEAN 506b) at the University of Washington. That
course, (the students, staff, and faculty) participated in this work as members
of the interdisciplinary science, education, and outreach program PRISM. The
results of that work is a classified landcover dataset of the majority of the
Puget Sound drainage basin.

- Distribution Liability: The instructors
of the course, the PRISM research project, and the University of Washington
provides these geographic data as is. The instructors, PRISM, nor the
University makes no guarantee or warranty concerning the accuracy of
information contained in the geographic data; no warranties, either expressed
or implied as to any other matter whatsoever, including, without limitation,
the condition of the product, or its fitness for any particular purpose. The
burden for determining fitness for use lies entirely with the user. Although
these data have been processed successfully on computers at the University of
Washington, no warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding the use of
these data on any other system, nor does the fact of distribution constitute or
imply any such warranty. In no event shall the instructors, PRISM, or the
